It's never too late to join the circus! Aerial hoop, silks and hammock are a fun and creative way to increase strength, flexibility and stamina as you take to the skies and achieve the impossible.

Our classes are designed for people of all abilities who want to challenge themselves in developing a unique skillset. You do not need to have any aerial or gymnastics experience. The variety of hangs, wraps, twists, mounts and transitions are absolutely endless, and will leave you feeling like you have done a full workout at the gym in a fun way.

Please wear leggings for aerial hoop and silks, and leggings and a shirt that covers your underarms for both silks and hammock.

Our aerial classes are currently offered as four (4) week session.

Intro to Silks & Hammock: often taught as a workshop but is not a pre-requisit for Beginner Silks. Both will introduce you to the basic knots, locks, wraps and tricks that will give you an incredible experience to explore your creativity and ability.

Intro to Aerial Hoop: often taught as a workshop but is not a pre-requisit for Beginner Hoop. Both will introduce you to the basic ways to get up and down from the hoop. You will learn basic mounts, tricks and transitions.

Silks & Hammock: This class we will work from your basic skills including, knots, locks and wraps to manipulate your body into beginner poses and wraps. We will be putting together a short sequence with new moves and transitions.

Hoop: You will start off learning the basic ways to get up and down from the hoop. Starting low to the ground, you will learn basic mounts, tricks and transitions. You will have a better understanding of this amazing aerial art form after this class.The Intro to Aerial Hoop workshop is not needed to join this class.

Silks & Hammock: After completing a few beginner sessions, this class we will work from your basic skills to manipulate your body into slightly more advanced poses and wraps. New moves and transitions will be shown.

Aerial Hoop: After you've taken a few sessions of the beginner hoop class. You will continue learning the other ways to get up and down from the hoop. Staying low to the ground if needed, you will learn fun mounts, tricks, transitions and new combos that will give you an incredible experience to explore your creativity and ability.

Silks & Hammock: After completing several advanced beginner sessions, this class we will work from your skills to manipulate your body into more intermediate or advanced poses, wraps, drops etc. New moves and transitions will be shown as well as ways to form combos and sequences.

Aerial Hoop: Continuing from the previous level, we will work from your skills to manipulate your body into slightly more intermediate or advanced poses, sequences, combos and twists in, around and on the top bar of the hoop. You will utilize the hoop to develop core strength, flexibility and proper technique for those looking to further their hoop education. Students must get the okay to join the advanced class.
